1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Bakers®, in collaboration with APEX Seychelles.
2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 11 June 2025 to 30 September 2025, inclusively. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
- Open to all legal residents of Seychelles who purchase one or more Bakers® biscuit boxes from participating retailers. (This includes the full range)
- Participants must be 18 years or older to claim a prize.
- Employees of Bakers® APEX and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter
- Purchase any Bakers® biscuit box from a participating store.
- Find a Bakers® Golden Ticket inside the pack.
- Follow the claim instructions provided on the Golden Ticket.
5. Prizes
- Consumer Prize: SCR 1,000.00 cash per Golden Ticket found.
- Retailer Prize: SCR 500.00 Bakers® stock credit for the retailer who sold the winning pack.
6. Claiming Your Prize
- Winners must contact the phone number or email printed on the Golden Ticket to validate their win.
- Winners must retain the physical Golden Ticket as proof.
- Valid identification may be required to claim the prize.
- Claims must be made by 10 October 2025. Claims received after this date will be invalid.
7. Verification
- All winning tickets are pre-validated and randomly distributed by APEX.
- APEX reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all winning claims, at its SOLE discretion.
- Any fraudulent, illegible, or tampered tickets will be disqualified.
8. Retailer Participation
- Only purchases from participating retailers qualify.
- Retailers found engaging in fraudulent activities may be disqualified from receiving stock credits.
9. Publicity
- Winners agree to allow Bakers® and APEX to use their name, photo, and story for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Liability
- Bakers® and APEX are not liable for:
- Any lost or damaged tickets.
- Any technical, network, or system failures.
- Any damages or losses arising from participation in the promotion.
11. General
- Prizes are non-transferable and not exchangeable for other goods or services.
- Bakers® reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
